DimLicense-Modifiable (DL-M) v1.0

Preamble and Definitions

This DimLicense-Modifiable, hereinafter referred to as "DL-M", constitutes a comprehensive legal instrument governing the utilization, modification, redistribution, and derivative creation of computer software, documentation, and all associated materials (collectively referred to as the "Licensed Materials") created by and attributed to DimaDroid (the "Licensor").

DEFINITIONS: For purposes of this License, the following terminological clarifications shall apply with binding effect:

"Derivative Work" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object form, that is based on or derived from the Licensed Materials and for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship.

"Modification" shall mean any alteration, amendment, revision, transformation, or reconfiguration of the Source Code or Object Code, including but not limited to additions, deletions, substitutions, or rearrangements of code elements.

"Distribution" shall mean any act of transferring, conveying, transmitting, or making available the Licensed Materials or Derivative Works to third parties, whether by physical media, electronic transmission, network access, or any other method of transfer.

"Source Code" shall mean the preferred form of the Licensed Materials for making modifications, including but not limited to software source code, documentation source, and configuration files.

"Object Code" shall mean any non-source form of the Licensed Materials resulting from mechanical transformation or translation of Source Code.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions, and stipulations enumerated herein, the Licensor hereby grants to any person, entity, organization, or legal body obtaining a copy of the Licensed Materials (the "Licensee") a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to engage in the following activities:

1. To utilize, execute, run, and operate the Licensed Materials for any lawful purpose, whether commercial, non-commercial, personal, educational, or research-oriented, provided such use does not contravene any provision of this License.

2. To study, examine, analyze, and comprehend the Source Code and internal mechanisms of the Licensed Materials.

3. To modify, alter, adapt, transform, reconfigure, or otherwise change the Licensed Materials, creating Derivative Works therefrom.

4. To reproduce, copy, duplicate, or replicate the Licensed Materials in any medium or format.

5. To distribute, publish, disseminate, transfer, convey, or make available the Licensed Materials or Derivative Works to third parties.

6. To sublicense Derivative Works, provided that such sublicensing maintains conformity with all requirements of this License.

Mandatory Attribution Requirements

CRITICAL RESTRICTION: Any and all uses, distributions, modifications, or derivative creations of the Licensed Materials shall require conspicuous, unambiguous, and permanent attribution to the Licensor, DimaDroid. This attribution requirement is non-waivable, irrevocable, and absolute.

The attribution shall include, at minimum, the following information displayed in a manner reasonably calculated to provide notice to users and subsequent developers:

"Original work created by DimaDroid. Licensed under DimLicense-Modifiable (DL-M) v1.0. Unauthorized removal of this attribution constitutes material breach of license terms."

This attribution must be incorporated into:

1. All Source Code files, positioned prominently at the commencement of each file, in comment format appropriate to the programming language utilized.

2. All documentation materials, whether technical, user-facing, or administrative in nature.

3. Any graphical user interface displaying program information, credits, or "About" sections.

4. All Distribution materials, including but not limited to README files, installation instructions, and package metadata.

5. Any publicly accessible repository, website, or platform where the Licensed Materials or Derivative Works are made available.

Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

Notwithstanding the permissions granted herein, the following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute material breach of this License:

1. Removal, obscuration, alteration, or diminishment of the mandatory attribution to DimaDroid under any circumstances whatsoever.

2. Misrepresentation of the origin, authorship, or provenance of the Licensed Materials.

3. Distribution or sublicensing under terms that contradict, conflict with, or attempt to supersede the requirements of this License.

4. Utilization of the Licensed Materials in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, statutes, or ordinances of any jurisdiction.

5. Creation of Derivative Works that incorporate the Licensed Materials without maintaining proper attribution and license compliance.

6. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly for purposes of circumventing license restrictions or attribution requirements.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE LICENSED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, COVENANT, OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. THE LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION. THE LICENSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE LICENSED MATERIALS WILL MEET LICENSEE'S REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULT, BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OTHER SOFTWARE OR SYSTEM, OR BE SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, FREE OF HARMFUL CODE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DIMADROID, THE LICENSOR, OR ANY CONTRIBUTORS TO THE LICENSED MATERIALS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE, MODIFICATION, DISTRIBUTION, OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED MATERIALS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Termination

This License and all rights granted hereunder shall terminate automatically, immediately, and without notice upon any breach, violation, or non-compliance with any term, condition, or restriction contained herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use, modification, and distribution of the Licensed Materials and destroy all copies in their possession or control.

Miscellaneous Provisions

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements concerning such subject matter. This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of this License is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
